You replaced the glass. The customer drove away. The job should be over. Instead, you're waiting weeks for payment. The work is done. The insurance claim shouldn't become your next job.
Insurance reimbursements can take weeks. Meanwhile, your labor, glass, fuel, and overhead were all paid for the day the job was done.
Typical insurer pay window
You finish the work expecting to be paid your invoice. Weeks later, a smaller check shows up with no warning or explanation. Now you have to spend time fighting for the difference or absorb the loss and move on.
A busy shop can have tens of thousands sitting in unpaid claims. That's money you've already earned but can't use to make payroll, buy inventory, hire technicians, or grow the business.v
typical receivables outstanding
Hold queues, adjuster calls, emails, status checks, resubmissions. It adds up to a half-day or more of staff time every week. Every hour chasing claims is an hour not spent serving customers.
Typical time spent each week chasing claims
When another party decides when you get paid, how much you get paid, and whether you have to fight for the difference, you're carrying risk that has nothing to do with replacing glass. Independent shops deserve a better option.
Get paid in days, not months. No contracts. No networks. No changes to how you run your shop.
Everything after you submit is AGA's problem to solve.

When a customer pays cash for a windshield, you're paid in full that day. Whether they ever file with their insurer, and whatever the insurer decides, isn't your problem. You did the work, you got paid, you moved on.
AGA works the same way. Your customer signs over their claim to us, we pay your full invoice in 3–5 business days, and we become the party the insurer answers to. We're not processing the claim on your behalf or chasing it for you; we own it. That's what lets us pay you now instead of in two months, and it's why the dispute that comes later is ours, not yours.
We're not a lender, and this isn't financing. You're not factoring or borrowing against the claim. You're being paid for completed work, in full, up front
What AGA is not
A lender, a factor, a TPA, or a middleman taking a cut of your work
What AGA is

Full windshield replacement. Your standard process.
One form. Post-loss claim transfers to AGA.
Through the portal. You’re done.
AGA verifies everything up Front.
Full invoice paid in 3-5 days.
Disputes, delays, short pays. All AGA’s from here.
A few typical scenarios.
Monday to Friday
You're paid Friday. Two weeks later the insurer disputed the claim. AGA handled it, and you'd already moved on.
Wednesday to Tuesday
Windshield replaced Wednesday. Invoice submitted Thursday. Full payment in the your account the following Tuesday. The insurer took six more weeks to reimburse AGA, and you never even needed to care.
Gap absorbed by AGA
You invoiced its full amount and was paid in full in days. Later, the insurer paid AGA less than the invoice. That gap was AGA's problem to collect while you kept every dollar of the original invoice.
No contract. No network. No commitment beyond that first claim. If it works,
use it again. If not, you have lost nothing.
Independent auto glass shops paid in full within 3-5 business days on eligible insurance claims. No networks. No contracts. No catch.
